Personal Assistant
*Also hiring a Part time Home Based Assistant
Duties: Salary $15 per hour. The ideal candidate has strong administrative experience, outstanding communication skills, and can handle the responsibility of managing the personal calendar of community manager. There are a variety of additional projects and responsibilities and you should be comfortable with a flexible job description as priorities can change quickly. Work from your home. You will: Arrange and coordinate meeting, teleconference and travel requirements, including preparing travel itineraries, maintaining calendar and managing schedule. Format and integrate charts and text from various sources into quarterly Board of Directors meeting document. Maintain business and personal expense records and other corporate and personal files. Conducts research via the Web.
Requirements: Professional secretarial degree or certification preferred. Minimum seven years of advanced administrative experience, preferably working directly under a CEO or manager. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook and use of the Internet. Experience with Excel and PowerPoint. Must have a fully equipped home office to qualify to work from home.
